Joy Olu-Oni

Joy Olu-oni has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as a Graduate Research Assistant and Intern at the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria. In 2020, they joined First City Monument Bank Limited as a Business Banking Group Direct Sales Agent, where they marketed bank products and services and onboarded new customers. Later in 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Officer at Baobab Nigeria, where their responsibilities included arranging loan files, conducting background checks, and setting up appointments with customers. In the same year, they joined Interswitch Group as a Service Desk Analyst, where they provided customer support, resolved inquiries and complaints, and maintained accurate records of customer interactions. Joy currently holds the position of B2B Core Services Support Executive at Interswitch Group, starting in 2023.

Joy Olu-oni pursued a Bachelor's Degree in forestry and wildlife at the University of Ilorin from 2013 to 2018.
