Jim Powers

Jim Powers serves as the HIE and Integration Solutions Program Manager at InterSystems since September 2022, focusing on assisting Health Information Exchange organizations with migrations to HealthShare and optimizing their data management processes. As the Founder and CEO of JP Process Solutions, LLC, Jim leverages extensive experience in process improvement through LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to current roles, Jim held significant positions including Project Manager at Henry Elliott & Company, Inc., HIT Client Services Manager at Briljent, and Principal Consultant at J2 Interactive, among others, demonstrating a consistent track record of successfully delivering HIE platform transitions and improving operational efficiency across various organizations. Jim's education includes ongoing studies at Bentley University since 1996.
