Maria Gaboury

Maria Gaboury is currently serving as the President of the HIMSS National Capital Area Chapter, where leadership revolves around advancing health information and technology through collaboration with healthcare professionals, technology innovators, and policymakers. Since 2019, Maria has also worked as a Senior Account Executive in Business Development at InterSystems, focusing on improving care delivery by bridging incompatible systems. Previous experience includes roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation as Senior Manager of Business Development, Harris Corporation as Senior Account Executive, LMI as Director of Health Information Technology, DefenseWeb Technologies, Inc. as Vice President of the Healthcare Division, and IntelliDyne, LLC as Senior Vice President of Professional Services. Maria holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Loyola University Maryland.
