Melody Mao

Melody Mao is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in application development and machine learning. Currently a Senior Software Developer at InterSystems since August 2020, Melody has previously worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at DTonomy in mid-2020, where tasks included API development and integration. As a Project Team Lead at the University of California, Berkeley, a mobile app prototype was designed for diners with allergies, while research involvement included developing augmented reality solutions and vision-correcting display technologies. Melody has a strong academic background with a Master of Engineering from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colby College, where responsibilities included teaching assistant roles across various courses and system administration tasks.
