Sara Ahrabi

Sara Ahrabi, MSHI, BSCE, currently serves as an Analytics Product Manager at InterSystems since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sara held positions at Zendesk as a Sr. Product Manager for Resilience Tooling & Data from January 2021 to October 2022, and returned to InterSystems where responsibilities included TrakCare® Product Owner, Edition Lead, Specialist, and Application Specialist from July 2009 to January 2021. In these roles, Sara was instrumental in defining product vision, implementing unified strategies, and delivering clinical configurations that adhered to best practices across multiple global regions. Sara's early career includes a position as a Software Developer at Rayavaran Co., where contributions focused on the TrakCare product implementation in the Middle East. Academically, Sara holds a Master’s degree in Medical Informatics Management from Amirkabir University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Science and Culture.
