Priya Fernando

Priya Fernando is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Sales & Business Development Lead at Intertek since October 2021. Previously, Priya held the position of Executive Account Manager at W. R. Grace & Co. from June 2016 to August 2020, managing Global Key Accounts and negotiating multiyear catalyst supply agreements. Earlier roles include Business Manager - Americas at BASF from May 2000 to June 2016, where Priya led Polyolefins Catalyst Sales across the Americas, and Research Manager - Specialty Polymers at LyondellBasell from 1980 to 2000, overseeing R&D with a significant budget. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Polymer Engineering and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, both from Imperial College London.
