Jason Davis is Intertrust’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, and control activities. He also serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors. Before being named chief financial officer in 2021, Jason served as the company’s vice president of finance and controller and brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, both private and public, to Intertrust.
Before joining Intertrust, Jason started his career in public accounting at KPMG LLP, where he earned his license as a certified public accountant.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
