Prior to this, Rashid gained valuable experience as a Management Trainee at Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd from December 2020 to November 2021. Rashid holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from SNES Institute of Management, Chethukadavu, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Don Bosco College, Mampetta, Thamarassery, obtained in 2017.
