Nidhi Adlakha

Nidhi Adlakha's work experience begins in 2020 as a Campus Ambassador Intern for Younity.in. From there, they progressed to roles such as Campus Leader, Team Buddy, and eventually became a Team Leader, responsible for supervising and setting targets for their team. During their time at Younity.in, they achieved a sales record of over 2,50,000 Lakhs.

In 2021, Nidhi worked as a Human Resources Intern at CITYFURNISH, followed by an Operations and HR internship at ProfitPenny, where they focused on talent assessments and performance monitoring.

In 2022, Nidhi took on roles such as Coordinator Head and Art and Culture Head at Zakir Husain Delhi College and also served as a Business Development Intern at Zedex Info Pvt. Ltd. Nidhi'sresponsibilities at Zedex included contacting potential clients, arranging business meetings, developing strategies to target new clients, and scheduling appointments for senior colleagues.

In 2022, Nidhi also served as Treasurer for Girl Up Nirbhaya.

Nidhi's most recent work experience is as a Sales Business Development professional at Intervue.io starting in 2023.

Nidhi Adlakha pursued their education from 2020 to 2023 at both Delhi University and Zakir Husain Delhi College. At Delhi University, they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General studies. Additionally, at Zakir Husain Delhi College, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree, focusing on Business and Commerce in a general context.
