Aleh Kapliyenka has a diverse work experience. Aleh currently works as the Head of Technical Support - IT Department at Intetics since December 2021. Prior to that, they were an IT Assistant at the same company from August 2021 to December 2021. Before joining Intetics, they worked as a Deputy Head of the IT Department at Спецкомбинат from March 2020 to August 2021. And earlier in their career, they served as the Technical Department Manager at a State Institution from August 2001 to February 2014. Aleh also has experience working as a Deputy Commander of a repair company at the 82 Separate Repair and Restoration Battalion between July 1999 and August 2001.
Aleh Kapliyenka attended Minsk Higher Military Engineering School, currently known as the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus, from 1994 to 1999. Aleh pursued a degree in telecommunications engineering during this time.
