Richard Kleyn is an accomplished engineering and business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Business Development at Intex Technologies since February 2024, Richard has previously held positions such as Engineering Manager at Challenge Manufacturing and Gen3 Interconnect, as well as Head of Tooling and Engineering at iwis mechatronics Inc. Richard's experience also includes executive leadership roles at KTM Industries Inc. and Garrison Dental Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, operations, and global tooling management. Richard possesses an associate's degree in Tool and Die, Design and Engineering from the National Tooling and Machining Association and a second associate's degree in Design, Engineering, Metallurgy, and Toolmaking from GRJC, both obtained between 1982 and 1986.
