Eleni Baas

Eleni Baas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Intigriti since July 2023, where the focus is on fostering a culture of equality, merit, and inclusion while aligning employee ambitions with organizational needs. Prior to this role, Eleni worked at Getinge as an HR Business Partner for Belgium and held various HR positions at Manhattn's, Orpea Belgium, and PZ, gaining extensive knowledge in recruitment, selection, and social legislation. Additionally, Eleni has coordinated events and recruited qualified team members in a self-employed capacity since 2010. Educationally, Eleni holds a Master's degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
