Anna Kapela has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality and systems assurance. Anna started their career in 2005 at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Senior Validation Specialist and later became a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist. In 2018, they joined Aptiv as a Software Quality Engineer and eventually became the Software Quality Engineering Coordinator. Anna also worked as an Expert Software Quality Engineer. In 2021, Anna joined Merit Automotive Electronics Systems., S.L.U. as a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they work at intive as a Software Quality Manager and has been promoted to the role of Principal Software Quality Expert.
Anna Kapela earned a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Technologia Chemiczna from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they have a certification in Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE from Intacs.
