Julian Ware

Julian Ware is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Accounting & Shared Services at INTO University Partnerships since February 2025, Julian Ware also holds the position of Group Financial Controller at Cawood since October 2022, focusing on indirect taxation and capital adequacy. Previously, Julian Ware was the Head of Finance at ICG Enterprise Trust PLC from November 2021 to October 2022, and Associate Director of Accounting Policy & Reporting Strategy at Intermediate Capital Group PLC from May 2021 to November 2021. Early career highlights include significant roles at American Express, where Julian Ware excelled as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions Controller and held various managerial positions in Global Commercial Services and Statutory Reporting. Julian Ware holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Brighton, completed in June 2006.
