Mitul Kotecha is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Co-CEO and President and Global COO at IntouchCX since July 2017, Kotecha has been integral to the growth of 24-7 Intouch as CFO since April 2011. Kotecha founded Matchstick Search Consultants in October 2005 and provided consultancy services at IGRI Advisors Inc. from December 2006 to July 2009. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Reporting & Analysis at SNC-Lavalin ProFac and a Senior at Ernst & Young. Kotecha holds a CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
