Shailaja Joundla

Shailaja Joundla has over 12 years of work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Shailaja started their career at Infosys in 2008 as a Test Engineer and worked there until 2014. During their time at Infosys, they also held the positions of QA Analyst – Onsite Lead/Offshore Lead and gained experience in managing offshore teams. In 2014, they joined IntraEdge as a Sr. QA Analyst. After that, they moved to Choice Hotels International in 2015, where they worked as a Software Test Engineer. Currently, they are employed at American Airlines as a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer.

Shailaja Joundla completed their education in the field of Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematics at Osmania University from 2005 to 2008. Shailaja obtained a degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2003 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Oracle Data Warehousing from Quality Solutions for Information Technologies in July 2009.
