Smriti Mittal

Smriti Mittal has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Smriti started their career as an HR Intern at Tata Motors in 2015. Following that, in 2016, they worked as an Intern at Fabulyst. In 2017, they completed an internship at Minda Distribution and Services Ltd.

In 2018, Smriti joined Wunderman as an HR Trainee, where they worked in the talent acquisition team and undertook various recruitment, documentation, and campus hiring activities. Smriti also contributed to process changes in the HR department and participated in projects like formulating job descriptions and tagging relevant profiles into HRIS.

Later in 2018, they joined CashKaro.com as a Human Resources Executive, where they worked until 2020. Smriti'sresponsibilities included HR tasks such as recruitment, documentation, and other HR-related projects.

Currently, Smriti is working as a Technical Recruiter at IntraEdge since August 2021.

From 2016 to 2018, Smriti Mittal pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR at IBS Hyderabad. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
