Mariam Sarr is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in customer insights and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Insights and Principal CX Project Manager at IntraFi since April 2013, Mariam excels in representing the Voice of the Customer to enhance the client experience, achieving a remarkable 98% CSAT score. With a strong background in Agile methodology, Mariam has effectively streamlined onboarding processes, resulting in significant time savings for the Client Services department. Mariam's previous roles include positions at CoStar Group, SunTrust, and Coach, where expertise in client relations, data analysis, and team training were further developed.
