Richard Lennartz

Richard Lennartz is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Directeur/bestuurder of Rijksinkoopsamenwerking (RIS) since January 2023, where Richard oversees procurement for multiple ministries. Additionally, Richard holds the position of Delta reviewer for the Bureau Delta Review at the Ministry of BZK and acts as the Ambassadeur Loyale Tegenspraak within the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Richard is a member of the board of trustees at Intrakoop and partakes in international research related to public procurement with the IRSPP. As an Ambassadeur for Mindful Rijk and a coach at InterCoach, Richard promotes mindfulness and supports colleagues in addressing work-related challenges. Previously, Richard directed HIS within the Ministry of the Interior and was the owner of PraSol, focusing on self-treatment support for common conditions.
