Intralink
Paul Dupont has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and countries. Paul worked as the Director of Business Development - UK at Intralink from 2014 until present. In this role, they helped Western technology companies expand their presence in Asia and developed and implemented the appropriate strategies. Paul also served as a Project Director - China at Intralink from 2014 to 2018, leading business development teams for Western companies entering Asia.
In 2019, Paul became the VP of Sales at Pointr: The Deep Location Company, where they led sales globally and facilitated the digital transformation of physical spaces through indoor location technology. Paul also held the position of Founder at StitchedUp VR from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on the production and post-production of TV and movies in China.
Additionally, Paul worked as the Greater China Manager at Allied Scientific Pro, ASP from 2010 to 2014, managing the daily operations of the Taiwan optics design and sourcing office. Paul provided technical and strategic support, as well as engaged in design, sourcing, and sales activities. During their time at Victoria University of Wellington in 2018, Paul worked as a Visiting Researcher at the New Zealand Contemporary China Research Centre, conducting research and report writing on technological innovation in China for the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Throughout their career, Paul has been a frequent speaker at industry events, including the New Zealand China Capable Public Sector Masterclass.

- From 1991 to 1998, Paul attended Wheldrake but did not receive a degree or field of study.
- From 1998 to 2003, Paul attended Fulford School and obtained a High School degree in GCSEs.
- From 2003 to 2005, Paul attended the International School of Geneva and obtained a High School degree in the IB Diploma.
- From 2005 to 2009, Paul attended the University of St Andrews and obtained a BSc Hons degree in Physics.
- In 2009, Paul attended the Université de Technologie de Troyes and obtained an MSc degree in Optics & Nanotechnology.
- From 2011 to 2012, Paul attended the National Taiwan Normal University and studied Mandarin Chinese.
- In 2023, Paul attended the Imperial College Business School, focusing on M&A: Valuate, Structure, Negotiate & Manage.
- In 2024, Paul obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from the Imperial College Business School.
- In 2016, Paul obtained a GMAT certification from the Graduate Management Admission Council.
