Tohib Adejumo currently serves as the Dean of Student Supports and the Dean of Exceptional Education at Intrepid College Prep since August 2023. Tohib is also the Founder and Executive Director of Read For Growth, a position held since August 2020. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher at Hamilton High School and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America. Tohib began a career in education through AmeriCorps and as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Tohib's earlier experience includes roles at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, Advanced Science Research Center, and Tajjul-Huda Islamic Center. Tohib holds an MEd in Education from Christian Brothers University and has a BA in Sociology from Brooklyn College, along with an AA in Liberal Arts from Borough of Manhattan Community College. Tohib is currently pursuing a PhD in Literacy from Middle Tennessee State University.
