Chris Winchenbaugh

Chris Winchenbaugh is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Co-Founder, President, and COO of Intrepid Financial Partners since January 2015, Chris previously held key positions at Barclays from 2011 to 2014, including Chief Operating Officer for both the Americas and Global Investment Banking divisions. Prior to Barclays, Chris was with Barclays Investment Bank from 2008 to 2011 as Head of Global Finance and Risk Solutions for the Americas and Managing Director of Americas Debt Capital Markets. Chris began a career at Lehman Brothers in 1996, ultimately becoming Global Head of Debt Capital Markets before the firm’s closure in 2008. Educational credentials include an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
