Michelle Ouw

Michelle Ouw has extensive experience in the travel and customer service industries, currently serving as the General Manager for Customer & Sales at Intrepid Travel since October 2013. Prior roles within Intrepid Travel include Program Delivery Manager, Business Transformation Manager, and General Manager for Sales and Customer Service APAC. Prior to joining Intrepid Travel, Michelle Ouw worked at Peregrine Adventures as Customer Experience Manager and Direct Sales Manager. Earlier experience was gained at Flight Centre as Manager and at Apostrophe Cafés as Branch Manager. Michelle Ouw holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from La Trobe University.
