Yvette Thompson

Yvette Thompson boasts extensive experience in sales and marketing within the travel industry, currently serving as General Manager Sales & Marketing ANZ at Intrepid Travel since January 2020, overseeing a team of 20 Business Development Managers and driving marketing strategies for several travel brands. Additionally, Yvette holds a board member position at the Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO) from May 2023 to May 2025. Previous roles at Intrepid Group included Head of Industry Partnerships & Contracting APAC and various managerial positions in sales across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Earlier career experiences span client relationship management at Amadeus, business development roles at Diageo and First Impressions Performance Apparel, and sales responsibilities at Redrock Beverages. Yvette earned a BA in Psychology from Macquarie University and completed high school at North Sydney Girls High.
