Rich Hathaway has a diverse range of experience in various roles and companies. Rich currently works at INTRICITY as a Senior Director, Data Architecture, where they are responsible for designing and delivering orchestration, modeling, security, and strategy for elastic cloud data warehousing. Rich also assists in helping customers migrate from legacy data warehousing platforms to Snowflake. Prior to this, they worked at ADD Systems for over 12 years, holding the position of Director Business Intelligence. Additionally, they served as the Director of IT at 1Akta Inc. and as a Senior Project Manager / BI Solutions at ADD Systems.
Rich Hathaway obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from National University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications from Snowflake. In June 2020, Rich obtained the SnowPro Core Certification. Rich further enhanced their expertise by obtaining another SnowPro Core Certification in May 2022. Most recently, in April 2023, Rich acquired the SnowPro Advanced: Architect certification.
