Trish Rueda

Trish Rueda SHRM-CP is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Introhive, where responsibilities have included serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of People Operations since January 2012. Trish has played a crucial role in supporting the organization's growth through significant funding rounds, including Series C led by PSG, and has successfully managed the expansion of the employee base to 400 across multiple countries. Prior to Introhive, Trish gained valuable experience as a Sales Executive at Brainware (now Lexmark) and as Regional Sales Manager at Reveal MedSpa. Trish is currently a candidate for a degree in General Management with a focus on HR Leadership from Wharton Executive Education, complementing education from St. Thomas University (CA).
