Marina Sofroni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Group Front Offices and Managing Director of Intrum Customer Services Athens since September 2020, Marina has held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Prior experience includes managing the Athens Contact Center for Philips, overseeing service delivery for numerous European markets, and leading customer operations at Vodafone, WIND Hellas, and NovaBank S.A. Marina’s career is marked by a strong focus on enhancing customer experiences, optimizing operational processes, and driving business growth through effective team leadership and strategic management. Marina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Deree College.
