Steve Castro-Miller has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Steve began their career in 1988 at Wicat, where they served as the Director of Product Support. Steve then moved on to Jostens Learning, where they held the position of VP of Customer Support Services. In 1996, they joined AchieveGlobal (Times Mirror) as the Director of Customer Service. In 1998, Steve joined Koch Industries/IT Operations as the IT Leader, where they integrated multiple IT support groups and reduced costs significantly. Steve later joined Koch Industries as the Director of Business Development and the Office of CIO, where they led due diligence efforts and worked on organizational change and business continuity. In 2005, Steve became the President & CEO of Bold Software, where they oversaw the development and distribution of web communications solutions. Steve then joined LogMeIn in 2012 as the VP of Products, responsible for the Product and Engineering functions of BoldChat and Rescue. In 2018, Steve joined EFT Analytics as the VP of Product Management. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Technology at INTRUST Bank.

Steve Castro-Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Furman University. Steve attended Wheeler High School as well. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2018 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2017.
