Yashwant Rai Grover is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at Inttl Advocare since January 2016, Yashwant leads the trademark, copyright, and design prosecution department. Additional roles include being an Executive Member of the Intellectual Property Attorneys' Association since August 2023 and previous experience as a Senior Associate at Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLP and as a legal intern at various prestigious firms, including PepsiCo and Amarchand Mangaldas. Yashwant holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Amity University. Early education was completed at Delhi Public School, Mathura Road.
