Shirley Xue started their work experience in 2006 at Maersk Line as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled documentation tasks, billing processes, and provided support to the sales department. In 2007, they joined MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. as the Manager of Documentation, where they monitored data quality, ensured timely completion of tasks by team members, and prepared reports for ship agents and overseas agents. In 2011, they became the Regional Sales Director at INTTRA, where they had a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and processes, presented to customers professionally, visited customers regularly to understand their challenges and requirements, and actively promoted new products in the North China market.
Shirley Xue obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Trade English from Dalian Ocean University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Dalian University of Technology, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
