Jennifer Lamb, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Expert at Intuit, where responsibilities include preparing original and amended tax returns and assisting customers with tax-related inquiries. In addition, Jennifer operates an independent practice offering tax preparation, tax planning, and small business accounting services. Previous roles include Business Analytics Lead Analyst at Cigna, Financial Analyst at Unum, and Staff Accountant at Neal, Scouten & McConnell, PC, where a variety of tax-related tasks were performed. Jennifer's career began as a Data Conversion Operator at the USPS Chattanooga Remote Encoding Center and included experience as a Technology Lab Assistant at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
