Chrystalla Hadjipavlou is a highly experienced analytics professional currently serving as Head of Analytics Delivery at Intuita since July 2014, after previously holding the title of Senior Analytics Consultant. With a robust background in predictive analytics from a nine-year tenure at Vodafone UK, Chrystalla managed predictive analytics for the Consumer marketing team, leading projects that shaped modelling solutions and strategies to enhance customer engagement. Earlier roles included Principal Modeller and Modeller at Vodafone UK, where Chrystalla developed key predictive models and mentored junior analysts. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bath, complemented by earlier analytics experience at RAC Plc and Lawson Software.
