Brad Range

Brad Range is a seasoned mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Intuitive since March 2023, Brad previously held the position of Director of Engineering at THRIVE and Director of Product Development at ByoPlanet International, LLC. With a long tenure at Acorn Product Development, Inc. as Engineering Manager, Brad managed operations for the Southeastern Design Center while providing technical leadership to a global team of over 40 engineers. Notable achievements include spearheading multi-million dollar product development projects for prominent clients such as Walt Disney Imagineering and Boston Dynamics, and expertise in thermal engineering, tolerance analysis, and finite element analysis. Brad's academic foundation includes both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
