David Yee

David Yee is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in NPI at Intuitive since December 2023. Previously, David held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Gradient, focusing on low GWP heating and cooling solutions, and was a Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer at Tonal, leading collaborative design efforts for structural elements of future products. With over a decade at Bloom Energy, David managed prototype builds through the NPI process, optimized designs for manufacturing, and facilitated production ramp-up for multiple products across international markets. David began a career in engineering through an internship at Monster Cable while earning a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
