Aleicha Ostler is a dedicated educational leader with extensive experience in school administration and innovative teaching methodologies. As the Founder and Executive Director of Invent Learning Hub, which opened in 2019, Aleicha has championed personalized learning and design thinking to cultivate collaborative and entrepreneurial problem-solvers. In addition, Aleicha serves as a Charter School Fellow with The Mind Trust and has been the Principal of a groundbreaking Action Based Learning magnet program in Indianapolis Public Schools since 2010. Aleicha's career in education began as a Teacher in 2001, followed by the role of Assistant Principal from 2008 to 2010. Aleicha holds a Master's degree in K-12 School Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis.
