Leia T. Goodgold is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience in strategic management and digital transformation. Currently the Head of APL Professional Services at InvestCloud, Inc. since August 2021, Leia has previously held significant roles including Managing Director at PhoenixTeam, where strategic guidance was provided for transformation initiatives, and Senior Vice President for Technology Portfolio Management Office at LPL Financial, focusing on innovative technology solutions. Additionally, at Citi, Leia led the Global PMO, overseeing a $200M digitalization initiative that enhanced productivity across global contact centers. Early career experiences include positions at Mastercard, where pioneering mobile payment solutions were developed, as well as consulting roles at Sense Corp and AT&T. Leia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University.
