Alёna Romanenko

Alёna Romanenko is a seasoned executive in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent at Investindustrial since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Portfolio Talent Principal at Montagu, Global Head of Research for Executive Talent Acquisition at Visa, and International Executive Talent Acquisition Associate at Spencer Stuart. With a solid foundation in marketing and organizational research, Alёna has held various positions in companies such as Cantab Marketing Services and vieconsult Vienna Corporate Research. Alёna holds a Magister degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna, complemented by studies at the Goethe-Institut Minsk and Belarusian State University.
