Shawn Peterson

Shawn Peterson, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at SMS Assist, L.L.C., since August 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership teams and guiding managers on employee relations. Prior experiences include serving as an Onboarding Specialist at EXOS, providing staffing support for over 300 fitness sites, and a Faculty Assistant at the University of North Dakota School of Law, where administrative support was provided to faculty. Additional roles encompass various marketing and intern positions at Comcast Cable, Dakota Commercial, and New Windows for America, along with coaching youth baseball. Shawn holds a degree from the University of North Dakota and graduated from Red River High School.
