Alan Mohan

Alan Mohan is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Onboarding Operations Manager and previously as Deployment & Data Migration Lead at InvestNext since January 2022, Alan has developed expertise in onboarding processes. Prior experience includes roles as Personal Banking Associate and Customer Experience Associate at TD from March 2021 to January 2022. Alan also worked as a Finance Officer at Enterprise Canada from November 2016 to February 2020, and held positions at McMaster University as Scholarship Liaison Officer and Scholarship Analyst from May 2014 to August 2016. Initial experience includes a Sales Operations role at PepsiCo in May 2014. Alan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from McMaster University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
