Eli Velasquez is a prominent figure in the investment community, currently serving as a Founding Member of the Pacific First Investor Network (PFIN) since August 2024 and a Managing Partner at Investors of Color (IoC) since September 2020. With a focus on advancing opportunities for underrepresented communities, Eli also holds the position of Capital Advisor at the University City Science Center, contributes as Principal of the Gaingels Healthcare Fund, and leads as Founder & CEO of Capital Stack Investors. In addition to these roles, Eli is actively involved as a Board Member with the Angel Capital Association, Hispanics in Philanthropy, and Founders First, and participates in investment activities with the Cap Table Coalition and Angeles Investors. Eli holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and a J.D. in Intellectual Property from Whittier Law School.
