Ashan Perera is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and industrial design. Currently serving as Principal MCAD Engineer at Invetech since September 2012, Ashan has progressed through roles including Associate Principal MCAD Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer. Prior to Invetech, experience includes working as a Designer for Vehicle Body at EV Race Systems from 2013 to 2017 and serving as a Design Engineer at Bayly Group Pty Ltd in 2011. Ashan's career began as a Prototype Build Coordinator at Ford Motor Company in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) (Research) and dual degrees in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Industrial Design from Monash University.
