Amanda Howard

Amanda Howard serves as the SVP of People at Invisible since September 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bridgewater Associates, where Amanda held various roles from January 2010 to April 2023, culminating in the position of Head of Technology Talent. Responsibilities included developing and executing talent acquisition and management strategies, managing the recruitment process for over 500 employees, and enhancing operational efficiency. Amanda also managed multiple teams focused on investment engineering and talent development, significantly increasing recruitment and retention. Earlier roles included positions at AEGON and Peeled Snacks, alongside a writing internship at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Education credentials include a B.A. in English from Columbia University and studies at Barnard College and UCL.
