Emily Ryan-Radder

Emily Ryan-Radder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and educational leadership. Currently serving as Partner and Director of Operations, People and Compliance at Invisible Technologies since June 2023, Emily oversees operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Citizen, including Co-Head of Operations, where responsibilities involved managing teams and improving operational processes. As an Adjunct Instructor and Program Manager at Bryant & Stratton College since December 2017, Emily has demonstrated a commitment to student retention and faculty development. Emily holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Buffalo State University.
