Fridah Kirare

Fridah Kirare is an experienced professional currently serving as an inbound/outbound sales representative at Invisible Technologies Inc. since July 2021, where responsibilities include optimizing sales volumes and managing daily operations. Additionally, Fridah works as a customer operations agent, facilitating connections between providers and language interpreters to improve care quality for Limited English Proficient individuals. Since May 2019, Fridah has also provided data annotation services at Cloud Factory Kenya to support machine learning initiatives, alongside basic data entry tasks. Previously, Fridah held the position of human resources specialist at the Public Service Commission from February 2021 to February 2022 and completed an internship in human resources at Best Western PLUS Meridian Hotel in early 2020.
