Ally Gilman's work experience includes holding the position of Chief Community Officer at Vertical Harvest Farms since March 2021, and serving as Principal, Creative & Communications at UmiMiu since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Ally was the Executive Creative Director at InVision Communications from January 2013 to the present. From February 2016 to March 2021, Ally worked as Principal, Creative Director & Communications Strategist at Cultivate Communications. Before that, Ally was the VP, Creative Services at The RJO Group from 2005 to 2013. And from 2000 to 2005, Ally held the role of VP Creative Development at DEVLINHAIR Productions, where they gained experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, tech and solution selling, as well as the financial industry.

Ally Gilman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History, Political Science, and Creative Writing at the University of Michigan from 1996 to 2000. Ally then pursued their MFA Program in Creative Writing at Bennington College from 2004 to 2005.
