In this role, Andy oversees sales across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and India, leading teams to enhance market growth and align with the company's strategic objectives. Previous experience includes positions as Commercial Development Manager for the Asia Pacific region at INVISTA, where responsibilities encompassed market analysis, business development, and employee development. Prior to INVISTA, Andy worked at REHAU, notably as Product Manager for North East Asia, where market intelligence and business strategy played key roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Qingdao University of Science and Technology.
