Anne Gauthier

Anne Gauthier has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the European R&D Innovation Leader at INVISTA since July 2017, focusing on new product development in advanced polymer and fiber applications, with an emphasis on ESG and innovation. Prior to this role, Anne worked at AkzoNobel as a Senior R&D Chemist, developing coating formulations for the metal food packaging industry and conducting international customer visits. Earlier career highlights include roles as an R&D Engineer leading projects in manufacturing digitization, an Assistant Project Leader at Agfa focusing on water-based ink formulations, and various positions in laboratory and technician roles. Anne holds an engineering degree in materials chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and completed preparatory studies in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
