Chris Sands is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at InvoiceCloud, Inc. since May 2024, Chris has held similar positions at IntelyCare from January 2022 to May 2024 and MineralTree, Inc. from August 2018 to December 2021. Previous experience includes a role in Financial Planning & Analysis at Patheon, as well as positions in Investor Relations and Treasury at EnerNOC, and Equity Research at J.P. Morgan. Chris began a career in investment banking at Barclays and gained foundational financial skills in Transaction Services at PwC. Academically, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
