Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Ion Bank since October 2011, Allan has held several key positions including Vice President and AVP, focusing on various lending solutions such as commercial real estate, construction loans, SBA programs, and relationship management. Prior to Ion Bank, Allan worked at Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan as Assistant Manager from July 2004 to October 2011. Educational achievements include an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Haven, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Albertus Magnus College, and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
