Lauren Oddie

Lauren Oddie has extensive experience in business management and sales operations, currently serving as Head of Business Management & Sales Operations at ION since October 2014. Key responsibilities include global sales revenue reporting, performance management infrastructure, and change management execution. Previous roles at ION include Commercial Account Manager - Nordic lead, Senior Project Manager, and Product Development Specialist. Additionally, Lauren has experience as a Client Service Analyst at ION and as Programme Support Administrator at DKH Legacy Trust, where Lauren implemented and managed Salesforce CRM. Earlier experience includes a role as Duty Manager at Manchester Aquatics Centre. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons in Environmental GeoScience from The University of Edinburgh and completed an Evening Language Course in Finnish at the University of Westminster.
